The rapid development of e-commerce, especially among Generation Z, has changed consumption patterns, especially online shopping. Lazada, one of Southeast Asia's largest e-commerce platforms, is the leading choice for students, especially at the Trisakti Institute of Tourism. This research aims to analyze the influence of using Lazada, promotions and social media on the consumer behaviour of Generation Z students. The method used is quantitative descriptive research with surveys as a data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 150 students who actively use Lazada. The research results show that using Lazada E-Commerce, promotions, and social media significantly contributes to students' consumptive behaviour. In conclusion, ease of access, attractive promotions, and social media influence encourage students to shop more frequently, potentially leading to overspending. It is recommended that students be wiser in managing expenses. Lazada provides education about financial management, and lecturers can increase awareness about the impact of consumer behaviour on students' economic well-being.
Anita Swantari, Michael Khrisna Aditya, Purwanti Dyah Pramanik

https://journal.admi.or.id/index.php/IJME/article/view/1828

Temporary workers play a vital role in various industries, yet their productivity and satisfaction are often influenced by factors such as work hours, age, and financial incentives. This study aimed to analyze the distribution and impact of these variables on temporary employees to identify trends and provide actionable insights for workforce management. Using a descriptive research design, data were collected from 80 workers categorized by work hours (30–50 hours/week), age groups (25–45 years), and bonus ranges (IDR 150,000–450,000). The analysis revealed that most workers preferred standard work hours (30–35 hours/week), younger workers aged 25–30 years dominated the workforce (32%), and the majority received bonuses in the lower range (IDR 150,000–200,000). The findings highlight the importance of moderate work hours, fair incentive systems, and age-specific strategies to enhance the productivity and satisfaction of temporary workers. This study concludes that tailored employment policies and transparent bonus structures are essential for fostering a motivated and effective temporary workforce.
Tulus Pujo Nugroho

https://journal.admi.or.id/index.php/IJME/article/view/1830

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the stock price of PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk during the 2013–2023 period. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company’s financial reports. The independent variables include CR, which reflects the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations, and ROA, which indicates the efficiency of asset utilization in generating profits. The dependent variable is the stock price, measured based on the closing price in the capital market. The analysis results show that partially, CR has a significant influence on stock prices, with a positive coefficient. This indicates that an increase in the company’s liquidity can boost investor confidence, thereby driving up stock prices. Conversely, ROA does not significantly affect stock prices. Simultaneously, CR and ROA explain 43.9% of the variability in stock prices, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study highlights the importance of CR as a key indicator in determining stock prices, although other variables, such as macroeconomic factors or corporate strategies, also play a significant role. These findings provide insights for investors and corporate management in managing financial performance to enhance stock value in the capital market.
Agus Supriatna, N Rusnaeni, Tri Wartono

https://journal.admi.or.id/index.php/IJME/article/view/1854

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the 2014–2023 period. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this research leverages financial statement data from the company over ten years. The analysis involves multiple linear regression, with LDR and DER serving as independent variables and ROE as the dependent variable. The findings reveal that LDR does not significantly affect ROE, indicating that the bank's liquidity in channeling third-party funds into credit does not directly enhance profitability. Similarly, DER does not show a significant influence on ROE, suggesting that financial leverage alone is not a determining factor for profitability. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis of LDR and DER demonstrates no significant impact on ROE, highlighting the need to consider other factors that might play a more substantial role in influencing financial performance. The results suggest that operational efficiency, credit quality, risk management, and macroeconomic conditions may be more critical determinants of ROE. This study underscores the importance of adopting a comprehensive approach to analyzing financial performance and offers recommendations for improving profitability and competitiveness in the banking sector.
Eni Puji Astuti, Rahmi Hermawati, Rima Handayani

Using a quantitative method, the research examines secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The dependent variable is economic growth, while the independent variables are exchange rates and inflation. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. The findings reveal that exchange rates significantly affect economic growth, with a positive regression coefficient. This indicates that higher exchange rates contribute positively to economic growth by enhancing export competitiveness and influencing domestic economic activities. Conversely, inflation does not significantly impact economic growth, suggesting limited effects of inflation during the analyzed period. Simultaneously, exchange rates and inflation explain 83.5% of the variance in economic growth, demonstrating their combined influence. The study concludes that exchange rates are a crucial determinant of economic growth, while inflation requires further investigation for a comprehensive understanding. Policymakers should focus on maintaining stable exchange rates and controlling inflation to ensure sustainable economic development
Sutiman Sutiman, Dinda Thalia, Rachmawaty Rachmawaty
