Abstract

Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) saat ini telah banyak di implementasi di berbagai perusahaan khususnya manufaktur baik dalam skala small-medium ataupun large enterprise. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan ERP dan membahas mengenai perkembangan saat ini serta implementasi ERP ke depannya dengan pemanfaatan inovasi digital pada era transformasi digitalisasi. Penulisan systematic literature review ini mengkaji 20 artikel jurnal terindeks scopus dari tahun 2020-2022 bersumber dari beberapa publisher seperti Taylor & Francis, Emerald, Elsevier, dan Springer. Penulisan ini menjelaskan bahwa ERP saat ini telah berubah dan berkembang dengan munculnya cloud computing, serta inovasi digital seperti IoT, kecerdasan buatan, big data, otomasi dan lainnya. Kedepannya pengembangan sistem ERP akan berfokus pada pemanfaatan cloud-based system serta kombinasi digital seperti Robotic Process Automation (RPA) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI).
