Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran persepsi dukungan organisasi pada frontliner di Bank X. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian dari skala  Survey Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) berdasarkan teori persepsi dukungan organisasi yang dikemukakan oleh Eisenberger dkk (1986). Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 129 orang karyawan frontliner di Bank X. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for windows ver. 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan skor rerata empirik sebesar 127,18, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi pada frontliner Bank X berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, persepsi karyawan frontliner cukup baik terhadap Bank X.
