Abstract

The rapid development and ease of use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) digital payment system have enabled university students to choose between cash and cashless payment methods. This study aims to analyze the behavioral intention of students at Gunadarma University, Campus J1, to use QRIS by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The variables examined include Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Security (PS), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavioral Intention (BI). This research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 active students of Gunadarma University, Campus J1, who had previously used QRIS. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, F-test, and coefficient of determination analyses. The results indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. Furthermore, the assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were satisfied. The findings provide valuable insights for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating around Campus J1 in determining payment methods that best match students' preferences.
