Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Depok semakin parah dengan volume sampah di TPA Cipayung yang telah melebihi kapasitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi game pembelajaran mengelola sampah berbasis Android untuk anak-anak usia 7-12 tahun guna meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pengelolaan sampah dengan perfomance waktu penggunaan game yang lebih cepat agar menarik digunakan. Aplikasi game pembelajaran mengelola sampah menggunakan construct 2 berbasis android, mencakup materi pembelajaran, latihan soal, dan pemilahan sampah,. Metode yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi tahap pengkonsepan, tampilan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan pendistribusi. Aplikasi game pembelajaran mengelola sampah efektif dalam mengedukasi anak-anak tentang jenis-jenis sampah dan cara pengelolaannya. Dari pengujian 3 smartphone yang berisi 16 fitur menghasilkan total waktu pada masing-masing brand sebagai berikut : Smartphone Samsung A3 adalah 4,32 menit, Realme 5 Pro adalah 3.31 menit dan Redmi Note 10 Pro adalah 2.18 menit. Terbukti bahwa semua fitur game dapat berfungsi dengan baik, meskipun ada perbedaan total waktu respon disetiap brand smartphone yang disebabkan oleh spesifikasi perangkat bawaan.
