The development of digital technology has transformed work and communication patterns; however, its utilization in high school education remains limited to basic functions. This community service program aims to improve the digital literacy of SMA Damai students through training on the professional use of Gmail, emphasizing ethics, proper formatting, and effective communication. The implementation methods include preparation, training, hands-on practice, evaluation, and follow-up. The results indicate an improvement in students’ ability to compose professional emails, apply digital communication ethics, and prepare themselves for academic and professional environments. This program is expected to serve as a practical and sustainable model for digital literacy training.
